This site uses a web analytics tool to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets a cookie for that purpose. We do not run advertising trackers, embedded social widgets or chat scripts.
Phone calls
Our phone number is a call-tracking line so we know which page or listing a call came from. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. California requires the consent of everyone on a call to record it, so you will hear an announcement at the start; if you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will continue without recording.
Texts and forms
The forms on this site do not store anything on the site. Sending one opens your own messaging or email app with the details filled in, and the message goes to us like any other text or email. We keep job records (name, address, what was done) as long as needed for warranty, invoicing and tax purposes.
What we never do
We do not sell or share customer information. We do not keep key codes or master-key charts anywhere but in the property's own file, and we release a chart only on the owner's written instruction.
